Arrangements range from over 500 quintets made for the Fine Arts Brass, scores of brass band arrangements and others for orchestra, wind band and chamber groups as well as educational pieces for beginners up.
Recent additions include a selection of horn octets commissioned by the British Horn Society for the 2007 Dennis Brain tribute held at the Royal Academy of Music. Brain’s choice of Desert Island Discs was reworked for horns and performed by a star line-up of hornists, with Stephen conducting:
