As Professor of Orchestration at the Royal Military School of Music Stephen Roberts has a close association with military and wind or concert bands. Many of his successful brass band arrangements have been reworked for wind band and he has also composed a number of original works. Roberts’ complete transcription of Verdi’s Requiem was made into a DVD at its premiere in Valetta, Malta where he was honoured by the Prime Minister.
